We have different kinds of Yoga:- Power Yoga, Hath Yoga, Ashtangvinyas yoga.

Power yoga

Power yoga is the combinations of dynamic asanas and powerful breathing practices which connecta body, mind and spirit. Power yoga is very popular among youths. It reduces extra fat from the body, building core muscles and gives strength, stamina and flexibility to our body. Our instructors give personal attention to each individual about alignments, correct postures, strength building which results in transformative and long lasting experience to the students.

Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga is a power full technique to explore your full potential. It is best suited for begginers, helps in nurturing health and fitness. It is combination of asanas(yoga postures) and Pranayama(yoga breathing exercises) , which helps bring peace to the body and mind. It is relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners/students who prefer more relaxed style where they hold long pose.

AshtangVinyas Yoga

AshtangVinyas Yoga is modern technique of yoga given to the world by Sri K. PattabhiJois. This technique of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures- a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a calm mind.

Gentle yoga

Gentle yoga is an honest attempt to serve a variety of distinct needs: people with movement limitations, or profound stiffness due to lack of activity, arthritis, back pain, recovery from surgery for seniors, new practitioners, pregnant women, those seeking stress reduction, and weight management. Gentle yoga classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow paced, well supported and relaxing practice.
